By accessing and using the Banking Competencies Platform ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This Platform is operated in partnership with the UAE Central Bank and ADGM Academy.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including job seekers, banking professionals, and organizational representatives.

The Banking Competencies Platform provides:

• Skills assessment and competency evaluation tools
• Career pathway visualization and planning
• AI-powered resume building and optimization
• Job matching and application services
• Learning and certification resources
• Organizational tools for HR and talent management

The Platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide personalized recommendations and insights. While we strive for accuracy, these are suggestions and should not be considered as guaranteed outcomes.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Users may register using UAE Pass, LinkedIn, or email credentials. Organization accounts require additional verification.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to:

• Collection of professional and educational data
• Processing of assessment results and performance metrics
• Sharing of anonymized data with UAE Central Bank for research
• Use of AI/ML for personalization and recommendations

All data handling complies with UAE data protection regulations and international best practices.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Scrape or harvest data without permission

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ADGM Academy and its partners. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assessment questions and methodologies
• Learning content and materials
• AI algorithms and models
• User interface designs and graphics

Users retain ownership of their personal data and content uploaded to the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific employment outcomes or career advancement
• Accuracy of all AI-generated recommendations
• Continuous, uninterrupted access to services
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

In no event shall ADGM Academy or UAE Central Bank be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Any disputes shall be resolved through the ADGM Courts.
